Meet Melanie

Melanie was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and relocated to the Bay Area in 2001 to pursue her Psychology Degree at California State University East Bay. She has lived throughout the Bay Area, but upon discovering the community of Alameda, she knew it was the ideal place to call home and raise her family.

 

Prior to joining Eastside West, Melanie worked for years in commercial property management overseeing a wide variety of assignments from multi-tenant industrial, SF high-rise office, and main street retail. In her transition to residential real estate, Melanie has leveraged her broad real estate experience, problem solving and client first mentality to deliver superior results to the delight of those she works with. She adheres to strong ethical business practices and expects the same in all professional interactions on her client’s behalf. Melanie is a strong advocate for her client’s interests and leverages her significant market knowledge to ensure they understand and properly leverage the competitive landscape they are operating within.

 

Never one for idle time, Melanie donates her free time to local philanthropic pursuits like organizing PTA fundraising auctions and sourcing community donations for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, supporting various sporting endeavors/performances, enjoying great food and conversations, laughing loudly, recharging with CrossFit workouts, and playing co-ed soccer.
