Hobbies

My husband has a dozen hobbies. Skiing, Climbing, Racing, Soccer, Surfing. He is adventurous and interesting and lives on the edge.

I was feeling like I was “less than” because I’m not really interested in anything like that. I thought I could take up tennis or crocheting so that I too could have hobbies, but I didn’t actually want to , so, I didn’t.

In speaking to a good friend about this she told me “Your passion is PEOPLE. You’re curious. Curiosity is your hobby. You love to hear and share stories. You love to laugh and cry with friends. You love learning about what makes people happy. You use your energy to care deeply.”

I loved this and I embrace it and I proudly live into it everyday. Even in my business. People come first. Properties come second.
