Timing the Market

Buyers and sellers often ask if it’s a “good time” to make a Bay Area real estate move. My answer is always the same—“it depends.” It’s always a good time to make a move if you feel inspired and motivated enough to make that happen. We don’t have a crystal ball and market factors can change on a dime. What I know for sure is that most people who decide to wait for markets to change in one direction end up wishing they’d made a move sooner to get to a place where they love where they live. There are always ways to be smart when transitioning where you live, no matter the market forces at play—trust your gut and trust your Realtor!
